The owner selects a single entity (Design Builder) having total responsibility for the design, construction, and delivery of a project.  The Design Builder assemles a team, generally comprised of the builder, architect, and engineers, to oversee project design and delivery.  This method provides a single point of contact for the project owner.  Design-Build is recongnized as an efficient delivery method, especially when speed of production is a factor.
